A letter from the event organizer:

Hello prospective competitors, volunteers, and spectators,

My sister, Casey Elchert, was 18 years old when she died tragically in a car accident after a truck driver fell asleep at the wheel. My parents started a memorial scholarship in her name that gives scholarships annually to two high school seniors in our hometown of Tiffin, Ohio.

I've often wondered what I could do to honor my sister's legacy and contribute to the scholarship fund in a more meaningful way. When Ohio lost it's only pole fitness competition in late 2023, I jumped at the idea of hosting my own event as a fundraising opportunity. This event combines my love of pole fitness with the ability to honor my late sister.

I hope you choose to be a part of this incredible event.

With love, Jamie Elchert
